Clients can obtain an independent assessment of a project’s progress allowing senior management to obtain unbiased information on project progress and likelihood of success in reaching objectives and delivering project products.
Using appropriate process measures, the consultants will conduct interviews of clients teams and sponsors, document risks and issues and produce a report on the current status of the projects.
Areas of concern will be highlighted and a priority rating applied. The findings are discussed with the client together with recommended courses of action.
