My relationship with Charterhouse Resource Solutions began several months back when I was selected as a Cover Analyst role for one of its most reputable clients. My job involves working in the command centre bridge as a first line support helpdesk operator.
From the beginning Charterhouse Resource Solutions has been very helpful and allowed me to focus on the job rather than personal administration. My interview was set up immediately after initial contact and I was given an in depth overview of the long term strategy within the project. We agreed my contract immediately and I started the role soon after. I have to admit it was a very pleasant experience from the very start and Charterhouse management are in touch with me at every opportunity which is very reassuring and gives me peace of mind as to my future with them.
Charterhouse works closely with me to agree any relevant training plans and strategies to help with the job and ensure my professional development needs are maintained. Unlike some other agency workers here we are seen as a point of excellence and that is the result of our profiles and accounts being dealt with in such a professional manner. Normally being a contractor would mean plenty of hassle with HM Revenue declarations and paperwork but thanks to this arrangement I can focus on the job and I feel even more confident that my long term goals are within my reach.
