We take accountability for the whole lifecycle of activities where our teams are engaged. This covers the whole range from initial scoping, to identification, selection and recruitment, through to induction, ongoing management and attrition if required. Our preference is to recruit our people, then deliver them to our clients in a manner that is much more cost effective than taking contract resource from the open market.
