set up Charterhouse Resource Solutions in 1995 which
grew to become a leading company in full "Resource
Solutions" to numerous "Blue Chip" clients. Andy's
abilities are also visible outside of the business
arena as he is a very successful racing car driver
having won many major trophies and championships during

Graham Ball FCA

From 1989 to 2001, Graham was the managing director of Chase Fleming Private Wealth Management Limited (formerly Fleming Private Asset Management Limited). He previously held the post of investment manager with Sheppard & Chase Stockbrokers and was a partner of J M Finn & Co. stockbrokers. He was a non-executive director of Kiln plc, the Lloyd’s specialist underwriters, for nine years.
Fash Ghiaci FCA FCCA
Finance Director
Fash is the founder and chairman of Ghiaci Goodhand Smith, chartered accountants, and was previously the managing director. He is also the current managing director of two property based companies as well as Versasuite UK Limited, an integrated healthcare software solutions provider. Fash and Andy are not just business partners but have been very good friends for many years.
Michael Walshe
HR & Legal Director
Following his graduation with a law degree, Michael built a successful career in HR and general management in the manufacturing, electronic computer and engineering sectors. He joined a London Insurance broker in 1990 to head up their HR and training function and was responsible for developing a wide range of innovative practices throughout his 15 year career in their City office. He switched to a part-time role to enable him to develop his own business in 2000 but remained involved in a number of key projects until his departure in June 2005. In 2000 Michael founded Growingtalent Ltd, a consultancy business specialising in performance management and developing senior leadership capability. Michael has provided advisory, training and coaching services to a wide range of business sectors including law firms, media, engineering, education and construction, across Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, Australia, Canada, USA and France.
Carey Shakespeare

Carey has recently set up our Financial Services division and has a long and distinguished career in the financial services sector. For the last 8 years he has been working as Marketing / Sales Director with large IFA firms with a blend of top end highly qualified specialist advisers and general practitioners. He has worked closely with Providers and Asset Managers to help them secure distribution. Carey has a detailed understanding of the needs of IFAs and the challenges facing them in the run up to RDR. Carey was also a founder member of the senior management team that set up J. Rothschild Assurance, that became St. James's Place - the wealth management company - where he was Marketing Director developing their proposition over 11 years. He has also worked in Stock Broking, Asset Management and the Building Society movement. Carey is well placed to implement strategies to help Product Providers, Distributors and Asset Managers overcome the challenges of the Retail Distributionn Review.
Haydn Marchant

The Solvency II team is headed up by Haydn Marchant who has been in the insurance industry for 27 years and has had both Life and Non-life experience.
Haydn's career started in Mercantile & General Re (now Swiss Re) and culminated in his being appointed Executive Head of the Strategic Risk Management Unit, a division
specifically set up to examine and deal with changing distribution, legislation and financial matters in financial services.
Haydn was then appointed as Managing Director charged with starting the Life and Non-life South African subsidiaries of Cardif Pinnacle plc in
Johannesburg in 1997. More recently, Haydn has been Chief Executive Officer of the South African Insurance Association subsidiary SAIA Approved and Executive Head of
Sales of Lion of Africa. Since relocating to the UK in 2008, Haydn has been with Hollard UK as Executive Head of one of their core business areas.
Andy Williams

Andrew is an energetic and skilled IT Director, skilled in strategy setting, execution and best practice governance. He has over 25 years experience in the delivery of business and IT change for a variety of businesses within the private sector. Andrew is an excellent communicator who has worked extensively with all levels of management and staff, providing consulting and support to all levels of business CxO management, external clients and suppliers. Andrew's adaptable style has allowed him to work in various business sectors including Wholesale Securities processing, Investment management front middle and back office, Transfer Agency, Call Centre Operations, Life Assurance, Pensions Administration and selling, Mortgages, Aerospace and Manufacturing. This breadth of business experience allows Andrew to bring innovative solutions to solving problems.
Highlights of his many achievements include:-
Successfully leading number of merger and acquisitions, achieving business goals whilst delivering IT integration, consolidation and savings
Planning and launching innovative call center sales operations combining Life, Pension and Mortgage selling and IFA support services
Strategic but pragmatic re-platforming of systems to enable a leading Investment Manager to triple the volume of business whilst reducing the overall operations headcount
Continuous adaption of IT Delivery models to take advantage of technical innovations and new methods have included ITIL implementation, Server Virtualisation, Business Continuity and Security enhancement programmes, As well as several programmes to support the introduction or extension of offshore development teams within blue chip companies
