Our clients typically face numerous challenges when they are ‘awarded’ large scale projects; these include ‘scaling up’ in a timely manner, deploying large scale teams geographically and tying up their own 'in-house' technology teams on long term assignments. Charterhouse has developed and provides a complete solution to these and many more of the business challenges that these projects can create. We have numerous examples of where and for whom we currently deploy large scale technology teams, one example where we currently deploy in excess of 100 of our professional technologists, is the National Programme for IT. These projects are very long term and on various sites within the overall programme.
Through our vast experience, we are uniquely positioned to work on virtually any large scale programme at all levels of complexity and scale.
Wherever possible, Charterhouse ‘employ’ the team of ‘bespoke’ qualified technology professionals for each individual project as opposed to ‘contract’ staff. This affords Charterhouse a much higher degree of screening, ability, qualification, training and succession planning. Additionally, all of our staff are managed by our qualified Professional Development Managers, which results in Charterhouse staff managing our team on a day to day basis and not burdening our clients with this responsibility. This also creates incredible stability and loyalty.
